A NOTE FROM THE CREATOR
Welcome, thank you for coming, and look forward to seeing you here again!
As a visual person, and a person who craves the proof, evidence, and receipts, I couldn’t find a site that had a database that satisfied everything I was seeking.
So, I decided to create it! Over the past eight years it’s become increasingly more and more difficult to get to the truth. Now more than ever, we are in need of sources we can trust, and a way to self-educate and see the information with our own eyes.
There are many more pages coming with a lot of information to assist in keeping up with the fast pace of the news cycle, as well as new elements that will help to sort out the truth from the lies and propaganda in order to assist us all in holding every individual person in a position of representation and power to account.
Currently, I’m the only person creating, designing, building, and updating everything you see on the site, so please excuse any lags in uploads of new documents, videos, updates, etc. as it’s just me until I can grow this to be able to have help! I hope you’ll bookmark the site, and check back frequently.
Please follow Where Truth Matters on social media, and share with everyone you believe would also enjoy and benefit from the site. The goal is to reach as many people as possible to make it so that access to the truth as a database becomes the new norm. It would be great to connect with you and have you join in on the conversations. Right now, Threads, is the most prominently updated of the three. In addition to informational posts with notices about election deadlines and information throughout the country, and issues on the ballots, as well as informational updates on current events, the profile photo is changed every morning around 12am ET to the number of days left until the 2024 election. Currently, Georgia is the only trial that has video, but any and all trials that provide video footage will all be accessible on this site.

To help save democracy, protect the rights of ALL Americans (especially voting rights), and promote a compassionate and inclusive environment of safety for all by encouraging everyone to demand and seek the truth, and hold accountable those who are responsible for representing us in positions of leadership.
Reach and encourage as many people as possible through many different forms of media and in person experiences to encourage everyone to stand up for themselves and everyone else.

OUR POWER TO DEMAND + SEEK THE TRUTH
The goal of the Show Me Movement is to empower everyone to demand supporting evidence from anyone making claims or statements, and remaining skeptical until their proof substantiates their claims.
The landscape of ‘truth’ has been manipulated by those in politics for decades - that’s not news.
However, in 2016 the threat level of reckless and malicious intent to eviscerate not only the truth, but the ability to decipher the truth from dangerous propaganda being pumped out at record speeds and volume, has soared, and continues to rise.
We’ve been relying on the mainstream media to represent our best interests when it has come to getting to the truth, reporting on what’s most important and affects our lives the most so we can be informed, and holding people in power and influence accountable. Unfortunately, we’re finding they’re not and haven’t been - but WE have this power!

After living through the last seven years of exponential degradation of respect and loyalty to our Constitution, Office of the Presidency, bicameral houses of Congress, the Supreme Court, and the responsibilities and accountability associated with the oaths of office in all aspects of government and protecting the rights and lives of the citizens of this great country regardless of their politics, race, gender, sexual preference, age, etc. - I’ve paid closer attention to politics, current events, and the ‘news’ more than ever before in my life.
I despised history in grade school, and barely paid attention, and had no desire to pay attention to politics prior to 2016, aside from voting in the Presidential General Elections. In 2016, I was warning everyone I spoke with about the danger and possibilities of trump from progressing. Then when he won the primary, I continued warning that if we all didn’t vote like our lives were on the line, he would win the Presidency, and do incredible harm to the country, and the world. Then during his first three months when he was putting out the bat signal for all ‘evil doers’ while building his cabinet of antithesis for each department, I warned of his danger further.
This continued throughout time to present day. I realized that not everyone was caring to get to the bottom of the situation at hand, and that not everyone saw the warning signals I was seeing, nor were they invested in digesting as much information as possible to understand the WHOLE situation at hand to be able to foresee where he was going next, and what his ‘end’ goal was, in order to help to stop him.
After volunteering as much as I could to text bank, assist with campaigns, canvas, work at the polls for election days, and to talk with as many people as possible and post online to share the most important and pertinent information I could find at times, and seeing ‘the truth’ be assaulted on a minute-by-minute basis before and after one of the two political parties was in a conspiracy with the President of the United States of America at the time to commit a self-coup against our country to stop the peaceful transfer of power in order to keep their ‘leader’ in power - I decided I needed to do WAY MORE.
In evaluating what I could do that would make the biggest change in order to help save democracy from death in 2024, it occurred to me, that when boiling down all of the struggles and difficulty we’re facing, it all comes down to the truth. There’s an assault and war being exacted against the truth by the former the republican party because the truth exposes all of their lies, and all of the ways they have completely raped and pillaged the lives, finances, and futures of everyone who supported them, and everyone under their rule.
The bottom line is that in order for each of us to protect ourselves, our children and our best interests is by learning how to evaluate information with critical thinking and to require proof and hard evidence of truth, and to hold those who are claiming what they say to account to ensure we are basing our beliefs and our VOTES on the TRUTH.
It’s my goal to encourage all of us to be skeptical of all information we come by, and until we see or hear actual witnesses involved or connected to the information, directly, then we should remain skeptical and not just believe people in powerful positions simply because they say to listen to them and believe them.
